Stolen Phone and BBM Harrasment

Good Morning,

I am getting in contact with you because this morning my cell phone was stolen from me while I was riding the bus in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have already called my provider and canceled the phone but my biggest worry is that once the chip is replaced my bbm will be used by the new user. I was wondering how that pin can be canceled so no one can use it again. Insecurity is so big in Argentina that I am afraid that once that pin is back in use my friends could be coarsed into doing things and their safety harmed. I appreciate your help and support the fantastic service you provide.
