Stolen blackberry.

How can I render my blackberry that been stolen to be useless from the hand of the person that steal it since he refused to return it and his making use of it.

Contact your service provider and request for your device to be Blocked. The process is called PIN block Request.

then your service provider representative will coordinate with BlackBerry to process your request and thats it.

BlackBerry needs some information from the service provider side that's why you cannot do this by calling BlackBerry directly.
