Stolen

Please how can I track or deactivate my phone when it got stolen or missing, and I wasn't able to activate blackberry protect. Any suggestion please?

Sorry for your loss ! Contact your Carrier to know if they can track or Block or Blacklist that device , to make that device unusable on any network , Also refer to this Article :
