Stopped receiving e-mail, facebook, and texting-device will not recognize my e-mail or password when I attempt to re-set extremely frustrated-spoke to India- they could not help-ATT has only one who knows "Blackberry" and they are away-HELP and YUK

To clarify, you are using AT&T as your mobile network provider but are roaming in India?
Can you specific where you are being asked for your email and password?
