Re: Storm 9500 Device Memory not accessible

Hi senzobouy

Welcome

Please remove your Media card from the device and than try to keep your backup from that card in your PC or keep a  backup of your media card using BB desktop manager and than Format that media card. Formatting the media card may solve the problem .Please try it .

Prince

Re: Storm 9500 Device Memory not accessible

You need to immediately do a back up of your device using the BlackBerry Desktop Software and include media in the backup options.

After you've done that, come back here and post.

Re: Storm 9500 Device Memory not accessible

After that backup, you should do a system wipe on the device to JVM Error 509 and reload the operating system completely new to the device.

You will need to use BBSAK or JL_Cmder to wipe the device and subsequently load the OS to the device. Follow the instructions here:
http://www.blackberryfaq.com/index.php/How_do_I_wipe_the_BlackBerry_using_Jl_Cmder%3F
For BBSAK, here is the link: http://bbsak.org/
