Storm Frustration

Hi all,

Realy need some help.

I bought a storm from ebay.

had it unlocked and put in my 02 sim card.

I then phoned 02 and had my tarrif changed to a Blackberry Tarrif.

I was told all I then had to do was register the phone on line on 02 blackberry internet service web site.

I entered my pin and imei number as I was asked but kept getting the message this phone is not registered with your carrier. (which it is.) I was then told to register via the phone using the host routing table. I have done this over a dozen times and get the message, registration sent. But I still have no service books, no browser, no email etc.

what else can I try as I'm getting realy frustrated.

any help would be appreceated.

mio, try the BIS registration again and again.

 

If you don't get your PIN and IMEI registered on the BIS site, you'll never get the service books sent, etc.

 

I know I was getting the same message recently registering a new storm but after about the 10th try, later in the same day, it took. Make sure you enter the IMEI with no space or period, just the number.
