The service worked great for the first week or so and then one day, I lost all data transfer and am unable to access email. Talk and text work fine. I checked with the carrier and they claim data is fine on their end and started walking me through a battery pull, then registering host and a push and another battery pull.
Mercifully, I got disconnected after the register text came through. I'm not sure I could have gotten through the process with the language barrier we had. Could you please give me some direction on how to proceed? Any help is immensely appreciated.

That string isn't valid in my handset. Under Advanced System Settings, I have Service Book, Browser Push, Default Services, Host Routing Table, TCP IP and Legal Documentation.
