I just upgraded my phone from a 9700 to a 9900 Bold and Sudoku is now asking for an Activation Code?  It worked fine on my 9700.  How do I get Sudoku to work?

KB17625 :  How to install or transfer previously purchased applications from BlackBerry App World to a BlackBerry smartphone
