Support & Help - I am tired of this

 

Dear All,

 

I have Blackberry 9900 - I lock the screen - my password have alphabetic a - the a key on the keyboard is not working - what I have to do I can't access the handset - I can only from laptop

 

Plz support I am in love with this handset but don't know what to do

Hi,

 

back up of your device data using BlackBerry Desktop Software. Then have type wrong password 10 times which will erase all the device data. Now check whether the issue resolves or not.

 

If the above doesn't resolve then consider updating device OS.
