Suspended BlackBerry Account

How do I go about getting my account UNsuspended? Not having my emails integrated with my phone is causing me a lot of problems right now and I need to find a solution right away and my wireless carrier is unable to help me. Any suggestions??

Such requests can only be handled via the formal support channels, for which the free channels begin with the carriers, authorized resellers, and authorized service centers. They all have the ability to escalate cases into RIM that they cannot handle, at no fee to the end user. That is how the support model works. Unfortunately, no one here can know why your account is suspended, so there's no way to given an opinion contradictory to what your carrier has told you. Did they happen to tell you why the account is suspended? Did you escalate beyond the first person you reached and try to talk to someone with higher authority?

 

If you want to pursue and escalation from your mobile service provider, but bypass them and appeal direct to RIM, there is something called Incident Support. Be warned, though, that it costs money just to ask the first question. You can read more about that here:
