Switch Application Menu Screen

I have too many icons ( and I guess apps too) running in the screen when you want to switch apps. I have tried going in the app and then clicking "close" in the menu, the end call key and nothing seems to work. Some applications have the word "exit" on their menus and that seems to do the trick for some and but not all. HELP PLEASE!

Re: Switch Application Menu Screen

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

There are several apps that will always display on the app-switcher ribbon...Phone, Homescreen, BBM (if you have it installed), Browser, and Messages. Many additional apps must be always resident to function. Other apps will indeed if you select (from within the app) close or exit from the app menu. If you can expand on "too many", then perhaps we can help you understand better.

Good luck and let us know!
