I recently purchased a Z10 and it was a great experience, however it was not possible to set it for enterprise email. I replaced it with 9900 and now can't find a way to switch back and retrieve my BBM contacts.
Link is not supporting 9900 and desktop not supporting Z10. When i use the BB ID it doesn't retrieve the contacts on BBM.
Anyone have any suggestions? i can't even see the backed up files from Z10 on desktop to restore??!!

To better assist you, are you using the same BlackBerry ID on the BlackBerry 9900 smartphone as you were using on the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone?
