I was able to Sync my contacts on my new Torch 9800 from MS Outlook but then experienced several "pocket calls" even with the Phone Lock feature ON. So I activated the 4 digit security code feature that requires entry before making any outgoing calls to resolve the "pocket call" issue, but now when I try to synch my contacts it asks for my 4 digit security code. I have 10 attempts to get it right but it doesn't recognize the security code on my PC. I am linking via the USB cable directly to my phone. Anyone know how to resolve this?

pay attention to what you typed in on the phone and remember that for numbers and symbols you have to use the alt key for them.
if I use 1931 on phone it really is wcrw if I dont use the alt key.
