Sync Error

When trying to execute the organizer, I get the following message:

 

Program error at line 131 in  ".\error.cpp"  Send log to Technical support

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • Article ID: KB32032 Recurring appointments of a specific pattern cause the sync to fail with an error message in BlackBerry Desktop Software

Hopefully it contains something useful! There also are multiple existing threads on this site that discuss that exact error...your review of those might prove useful, and a search of this site, using the error message, error code, or symptom, should reveal all applicable existing threads to you.

The KB refers to Outlook 2010 and 2007.  I am using Outlook 2013, BlackBerry Desktop 7.1.  This problem seems to be outstanding for more than 3 years.  Is there still not a fix now with the updates, or still only the workaround that does not work for 2013, and results in losing the entire calendar entries. 

Any guidance would be appreciated.  Thank you

The KB applies to the currently supported versions of Outlook, of which 2013 is not. Refer:

Sadly, there is nothing therefore to offer you...2013 is not compatible with the current Desktop Software.
