Sync Failure - The following recurring event could not be synced

Hello from Olympic London,

My 9900 T-mobile (software 7.1.0 bundle 1149) and Desktop ( are giving me hassle. When trying to sync Outlook I get Synchronisation Error - The following recurring event could not be synced: 01/01/1900 - HGT Band Practice. Remove the event and sync again. In the settings, I asked it to sync only future events. I OK'd the message but it recurs each time.I have deleted the recurring event from both BB and PC.

Sorry if this is an FAQ. I have searched for it.

I have the same problem on my Torch 9810 using AT&T.  Not only has the event been deleted from both Outlook and the device, but it is also from March, more than the 3 months old most events are kept, and Outlook is also set to only sync future events.  No future dates are now syncing at all.  Someone please help!
