Sync Hotmail calendar and contacts via cloud

Good evening.

I am new in this forum, but I use BlackBerry since 2004. I had Bold, Curve and Torch BlackBerry's. Now my primary phone is a iPhone 3GS and my secondary is a BlackBerry Bold 9900. I don't use the BlackBerry for primary just for a thing: when I create a event in the Windows Live Mail software on PC or in the Windows Live Hotmail calendar, these event don't go to my phone, without I plug my phone on PC, via USB. I can't understand why my BlackBerry don't have a option to sync the calendar and contacts of my Hotmail account via cloud.

Can you understand me? Somebody know if RIM is working on this?

Thank you.
