I had attempted to use the iCloud to sync up with my Apple devices, however this turned out to be more trouble than it was worth. It deleted my entire calendar and all of my contacts from Outlook. So ... When I tried to sync this morning, it consequently wiped all of the information from my BB.
I have since recovered and fixed my Outlook and deleted the iCloud. Unfortunately, now my BB won't sync. It keeps coming up with an error and suggesting that I send the "log to technical support". Not a problem except I can not find anywhere to send it?!?
Help!! Either with how to fix the sync issue or where I can send the log to?!?

you should be able to call your carrier and get the issue sent to RIM
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V
