Re: Sync Issues

Have no probs when the program is open, but I shouldn't have to open the program for it to run on its own from my understanding.

Re: Sync Issues

DesktopMgr.exe should also be in the startup.

It is located in C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry

Re: Sync Issues

Yes, it is in the folder you stated.  For some reason it's not loading on startup even though I have indicated in the program for it to do so.

Re: Sync Issues

Ok, so this doesnt really appear to be a BlackBerry issue. It is more of a Windows Startup issue?

What are all of the apps you have in the startup folder? Can you list them?

You can probably remove the device manager. It isnt providing any services in your configuration.

Maybe you want to also  remove some other non-essential apps.

There is the startup for "All Users", and the startup for your logon profile. Dont forget to check both places.
