I have been able to sync my Outlook 2010 calendar and contract with my BB using desktop manager without any problems for quite a while. Now I am unable to sync and am not sure what I have changed.. I have installed 3 versions of Desktop manager to try to solve the problem but still unable to sync. When I go to Organizer in Desktop manager and try to configure contacts and calendar,and click on "configure", the outllok profile is empty. That's as far as I can get. So at this point I am in need of assistance please.
Can anyone assist?

Mine is the BB 9790 and i´ve the same problem. No sync at all between Outlook 2010 and the device, using the desktop manager.

Thanks for your comment. Do you currently tether through your BB? I can get access to the internet to use my Outlook but when I try to sync by contacts and calendar, I am unable.
Is your set-up similar?

I haven't seen this problem, but have seen some other issues.
try running the Desktop manager and setting it up right after a computer reboot and before opening outlook.
