Sync Problem with Desktop Manager

I've synced several times before - my Blackberry Bold and my MS Outlook on my computer.  But today I got an error message both times I tried to sync - it says - "Error Encountered   Error Code 0x8004fd2b   Check Documentation".  I can't figure out how to find out what that is and how to correct it.
