I have researched this as best as I could, but did not find an exact match to what I want to do, so here goes...
I want to sync and maintain my Work laptop Outlook and Personal laptop Outlook (at minimum Calendars) separately from each laptop. I want to view each Calendar and create new entries separately (Work-red and Personal-blue).
1-I tried to sync with each, but it combines everything into one or doesn't work properly or consistently.
2-I tried to sync with each account separately by setting the Default Service to the target Outlook (Work or Personal), but the sync would stop working on one or the other account. To fix it and start over, I had to clear the device Calendar database and then delete and resend the Service Books.
Is my desired situation possible?
Here is my configuration:
Phone: Curve 8330
Desktop Manager: 18.104.22.168 (Work and Personal)
Service: BIS (Work and Personal)
Work laptop: Outlook 2007, XP Professional SP3
Personal laptop: Outlook 2007, Vista Business 64-bit SP2
