I have owned my Torch for about a month now and still have not figured out why I can't save my settings so that I can sync. I owned a Pearl for 3 years and never had any trouble syncing. I am beside myself. I need to be able to sync my Torch with my Outlook Calendar. I am trying to sync using the USB cable. Any help?

After spending the entire day off and on trying various things, I finally decided to totally uninstall my previous version of the desktop manager along with the current version that I had just installed. After manually removing registry keys and folders, etc. I did a clean reinstall and yahoo - it works!

I have the same problem with my tour 9630. It won't uninstall successfully to enable a clean re-install. Can you tell me how you manually removed the registry keys and folders, etc? Thx
