Sync error COL Transbase

when trying to sync device (Torch 9800) to pc desktop (MS Outlook) i get error message:

COL Transbase FillDelfolderinfo. Unable to get default folder for Contacts (and same message for calendar, tasks and memo).

I have not had any trouble before. But since i connected another BB device to backup its data i have been getting the above message.

I am experiencing the same error message.  Has BB corrected this issue?

i did not get any help from BB. Decided to re-install the BB desktop software and this has now fixed the problem.

Thank you for replying.  I did remove the software and re-installed the software and I am now able to sync my calendar and media.
