Sync error

Hi there.

I have the french version of BlackBerry Desktop software, so the error message is in french. Sorry about that. It says:

Erreur de sunchronisation
Un enregistrement comportant l'identifiant indiqué existe déjà.


It would translate about like this
Synchronisation error
a record with the specified identifier (user??) already exists


I have BlackBerry Desktop Software version, trying to sync with Torch 9800 v6.0.0.747

Oh, and might I add, I'm trying to run it under Windows 8 Pro X64
