Sync no longer working



I recently purchase the Bold and installed the desktop manager 4.6 that can supplied with it.   Over the last few days it willno longer sync.  The connection manager shows the device as connected and on the desktop manager i can select the connection from the drop down but the connected device at the bottom left still shows as none.


I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still get the same issue.


This happens on both my laptop and desktop.


Any ideas???

Hi and welcome to the forums!


Make sure your device has al least 50% battery power and enough free memory,

Follow this procedure and try to connect:

No data will be lost when doing the following: pull the battery while the device is ON.

Replace after a minute, Let the device reboot 1-3 min, if you can connect properly>
