I have trouble syncing my Torch 98000. When the syncing starts, I get an error message that reads:
"X Sychornization Error
An error has occurred during an attempt to access a device database record."

Is this the first time it has happened? When did it start?, Before or after you installed a certain app? How long have you had the phone? Have you upgraded BlackBerry Desktop Software? Have you upgarded the phone software?
The more info you can provide, the better answer/solution to the problem at hand.

It happens every time I try to sync.
It began to happen after I upgraded to BlackBerry Desktop Software, Version 220.127.116.11
No new apps installed
Phone is approximately 2 years old. New battery installed a couple of months ago.
Trying to sync to Office Outlook 2010, Version: 14.0.6123.5001 (32-bit)
Computer is running Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1
