Sync problems with DesktopManager and Itunes

When I try to sync my music with my BB using the Desktop Manager no music shows up under the "choose playlist" or "all music" windows. In other words, the Desktop Manager has an empty listing and is not dysplaying any of my music for me to sync.

 

Am i missing something? Is there some setup that I must do through iTunes to allow it to communicate with the BB software. I have my iSync enabled for communicating with devises and my iCal and contacts synched up just fine.

I don't suppose most of your music is AAC encoded?

I am having exactly the same problem. Blackberry Desktop Manager 1.3.19 (build 19), MAC X 10.5.8, however I had the same problem back in December 2009 with older versions of both.

 

Honestly, IT software feels so mediocre sometimes.
