Re: Sync says not connected to Internet so won't work

I have this problem as well.  DM5.0 not only doesn't detect the internet connection but once it decides there isn't one it refuses to try again.

 

I have verified that ports 80 and 443 are open on my system:  HTTP and HTTPS work just fine.
