Suddenly from 13/10/14 my regular sync: Curve 8520 to Outlook 2010/Windows 8 via USB has failed. Message on the desktop software :Can't load previous organizer settings to sync organiser data between my computer and my Blackberry device.
I attempted to reset the "select organiizer data to synchronize" on software and get message that: the organizer applications on your computer aren't supported and suggests I check with Blackberry which applications are supported.
Blackberry of course supports Outlook. I have checked my recent Microsoft updates and find one that is a security update for Outlook was downloaded and installed on 12/10/14 and wonder if this is the problem? Any help would be appreciated please.
