I have a 8330 Curve and when I try to sync the program wants to delte all my previous appointments on my device. Can I stop this from happening. I want to be able to have my device and laptop be able to sync so they both have to same info.

Start up Desktop software, go to synchronization program, reset sync options. Go back through the wizard and notice it asks if you want to transfer CURRENT appointment or ALL appointments I think that is why you are missing your old appointments.
