Sync with Microsoft Outlook

I have a 8330 Curve and when I try to sync the program wants to delte all my previous appointments on my device.  Can I stop this from happening.  I want to be able to have my device and laptop be able to sync so they both have to same info.

Thanks

Re: Sync with Microsoft Outlook

I have had a similar problem. I have 6 email accounts and I gave each one a different color on my curve. It seems that the appointments were assigned to one of the email accounts and that sometimes this was different then what my laptop was assigned. Then the desktop manager tried to delete all of my laptop appointments when I synced. This only happened when I added an appointment on my PDA. It seemed to fix itself bu I am watching carefully.

Re: Sync with Microsoft Outlook

Hi Mak178,

Start up Desktop software, go to synchronization program, reset sync options. Go back through the wizard and notice it asks if you want to transfer CURRENT appointment or ALL appointments I think that is why you are missing your old appointments.

If this resolve your problem please resolve the post! If not please let me know!

Thanks,
