Sync

For some reason the Sync with my bold 9650 is not syncing my contacts from Microsoft outlook. It is only syncing my calendar. It appears that it is setup to do so, but is not. Has anyone experienced this and if so, how can I change something to make it work?

Re: Sync

Hi phillykid,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Are you receiving any error messages when trying to synchronize your Contacts? If so, can you please provide the full error message so we can better assist you? Can you please verify that the correct Contacts folder in Microsoft Outlook is selected in your synchronization settings in the BlackBerry Desktop Software? You can check this in Organizer > Contacts > Configure > Advanced. Please select the Folders Tab. You can verify here that the correct Address Book is selected.

Let me know if this helps.
