I have a Bold 9900 which I use alot for emails and have several email accounts linked to the Bold. I do have a problem with synching emails though - hope you can help.
It seems that emails are recieved by both my Outlook 2010 and Bold 9900, but if I send an email it will not recncile (i.e. an email sent from the Bold 9900 is not shown on Outlook, similarly an email sent from Outlook 2010 is not shown on the Bold 9900).
Is there a setting that I have to change or correct?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
There is no reconciliation directly between your BB and your Outlook client. Rather, each reconciles, according to their own capabilities, against your email server. For the BB, that is governed by this KB:
For Outlook, it is governed by whatever Outlook is capable of...typically, only with IMAP can Outlook reconcile things that happen on the server (e.g., item sent by other client, deleted item, read/unread status, etc.) down to the Outlook client.
So, for instance, when you send from your BB, then if by virtue of the KB capability, that item can be placed to your server Sent Items, then it will be...but further reflecting that in Outlook is a completely separate capability. Likewise the reverse direction. All things reconcile against your server, so each client must have the capability to do so in order for things to flow all the way across all clients.
