Synching calendar and contacts

I have installed BBLink. When I attempt to configure contacts and calendar, Link does not detect any program despite Outlook being my default. Any suggestions other than a hammer?

Re: Synching calendar and contacts

Hello northover,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Thank you for your question regarding synchronization functionality using BlackBerry Link.

Have you installed BlackBerry Link v1.1.1 yet?

With the release of BlackBerry Link 1.1.1 for Windows, a new feature has been added that allows you to synchronize your local Microsoft Outlook contacts and\or calendar data between your computer and a BlackBerry 10 device running BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.1 or later.

The following article will provide you with more information on the BlackBerry Link synchronization: http://helpblog.blackberry.com/2013/06/how-to-setup-contacts-calendar-sync-using-blackberry-link-1-1...
