Synching multiple calendars

I have been using a BB Curve for the past couple of years and it allowed me to sync my calendar from my business account (Lotus Notes) and my personal e-mail account (MS Outlook) so that entries originating in each would show up on both calendars.  I prefer this arrangement, which allowed me to understand my complete schedule and commitments regardless of which computer I was using at the time.  Unfortunately, the BB Bold seems to preclude this functionality, as it will only sync items with MS Outlook that are associated with my personal e-mail account and Lotus Notes with items scheduled with my business e-mail account.

Is there some way to work around this situation?  I am very impressed with the Bold device from a hardware standpoint, but consider some of software changes a regression.  Another pet peeve is that I can't use speed-dial numbers while my phone is locked.  I used to be able to do this from my Curve.  This is extremely inconvenient while dialing from a car, since I have to enter my password to unlock the device before I can use speed-dial.
