Synching problem with 8330 and Outlook 2007 Vista

I am using the 4.7 desktop manager, BB Curve and Outlook 2007 with Vista.  I was able to synch the contacts from the BB to Outlook the first time and thought all was well.  I noticed that the tasks that did not have due dates (on purpose) had populated with a date (1911).  I cleaned that up and tried to resynch and received a message that the folder could not open.  Read some of the troubleshooting document.  Am I using the correct desktop manager?  Any ideas on where to go from here?  I did delete the folder Intelli synch as mentioned in another thread, but this just created a new error of "no documentation".
