Synchronising Pearl 9105 on BB Desktop software with Windows Calendar

When I try to synchronise data from my device to windows calendar I always receive a failure note: "failure while reading one field". Then synchronisation stops and is interrupted.

What can I do.?

Re: Synchronising Pearl 9105 on BB Desktop software with Windows Calendar

Hi chrisste,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Could you provide more information please? What version of Windows® OS are you running? What version of BlackBerry® Desktop Software do you have installed? Are you able to sync sucessfully one-way either to the BlackBerry® Pearl™ 9105 smartphone calendar or from it to the computer? Are any other errors received when trying to synchronize?

Thanks.

Re: Synchronising Pearl 9105 on BB Desktop software with Windows Calendar

Hi,

thanks for your support.

I'm using Windows Vista.

BB Software is 6.0 Paket 2950.

All my data are on BB and I want to sync one-way to windows calendar incl tasks.

One-way sync of contact data works fine.

Regards,

chrisste

Hi chrisste,

Please try to follow the steps for resolution 1a in this KB article to reset your synchronization settings, then configure calendar synchronization again and test synchronizing. http://bbry.lv/N9OXk0

Thanks.
