Hi. Am trying to get my Bold 9900 to synchronise organiser with Outlook. It starts and then gets seven items in and comes up with an error message: "Program error at line 131 in.\Error.cpp".
Researching here and elsewhere it appears it is a longstanding issue, something to do with recurring appts. There's a Knowledge Base article (KB32032) from Aug 2012 with no solution but a suggested work around (involving deleting the relevant recurring appts from Outlook).
I've tried the workaround but its still not working.
Has anyone got around this issue in an effective way??
(PS Please don't lapse into "techy" - you'll lose me after about three words!)

Hi. I messaged yesterday that I had the same error @ line 131 issue (could not sync calendar entries that have reoccurence in their make-up). Non-reoccuring items did sync. Blackberry support was absolutely of no use (3 hours on the phone with them resulted in absolutely no solution)
Today i did all sorts of stuff to overcome or bypass the problem, but basically could not solve it. SO....I uninstalled BB desktop software - and then re-installed it....problem solved! Don't ask how or why.....but it worked for me

Hi, I have 3 BB, 8310, 8520 and 9900, since I install 22.214.171.124 and followings, I have same problem with all devices. I have tried, on PC and laptop, as suggested, to re-install, with no use. Address, Notes, activity oK but Calendar-Sync stop after 7 records... How long do you think it will take to fix the problem?
