I tried 'cleanly starting over', havent done the formal support yet still hoping on my service provider!
The formal support IS through your service provider, and asking them to ESCALATE the issue to BlackBerry.
Just go read the link above, I've asked you to like five times and now I am through with this thread.
You have the answer needed.

It's clear that something happened when the customer installed the BlackBerry Link

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
I was trying to find another way but as you can see on the article above there is no resolution time frame.

and recommendation and the end from my provider, reinstall outlook and if that doesnt help the whole Windows.
i think i am also forced to think seriously about iOs. ............
