Synchronization error message (E45C7951)

I have suddenly started to receive the following Synchronization error when I am trying to synchronize my BB Curve 8520 with my home p.c.   The message states "Record with Specificed ID (E45C7951) not found."  I have not had this problem for the past 1 1/2 years.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Please try reconnecting the device and start the entire process.

I have already reconnected the device and tried the synchronization several days in a row with no luck.  It continues to give me the same message.

I have resolved this issue by uninstalling and then re-installing the desktop software on my p.c.
