Re: Synchronization error

You already have a thread going on this issue.

Now, you've posted three more. Not cool, please stick with one thread, otherwise you will get ALL the same information asked, repeated etc.

Re: Synchronization error

Hi, long time not hearing from support... Im still having the same problem with "no-sync" with my torch, recieving  the same error message.

Is there anything I can do?  Or I have to reset/erase and start from scratch?

Thanks and happy 2013.

PS: Please consider Im not a techy expert, so, if you posted the answer in any other place, be kind and send me the link.  Thanks tons!

Re: Synchronization error

Hi JSanders!

Thanks for your quick answer.

Ive been there (at your precious post) and all what it says is:

Re: Synch error

Hi!  Thanks for the link... but it says:

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.

So, I did the battery pull to see if that works....  I´ll let you know.

Any other suggestion?

KR

Celina.

So... should I "wipe" my BB handheld?  The most updated info I have is in my computer...

Thanks again,

Celina.
