Synchronization error

As soon as I sync the phone with the computer, corporate data I get the following Hshigah message:

 

CARD Database ERROR (5211): there is an error converting unicode string to or from code page string

 

Would love to get an answer soon

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Could you please provide more information on the issue you are having synchronizing? What version of BlackBerry® Desktop Software do you have installed? Are you synchronizing organizer data or backing up your data? If you are synchronizing, which email client are you using on the computer?  Which organizer is being synchronized when you receive this error message?

I am getting same error.

 What version of BlackBerry® Desktop Software do you have installed?  Version 7.1.0.32

 Are you synchronizing organizer data or backing up your data?  Both times.

If you are synchronizing, which email client are you using on the computer?  MSN.

Which organizer is being synchronized when you receive this error message? don'nt know..

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Do you receive an error only when synchronizing or when backing up as well?

MSN® is not a supported organizer for synchronization with the BlackBerry® Desktop Software. This guide lists the supported organizers for the BlackBerry® Desktop Software. http://bbry.lv/PoxT4B

Dear Friends

 

I am also getting this sync error 5211 (CRADS Database Error while sync my BlackBerry 9300 with BB-Desktop-software

 

This has been posted so many times on this community but no solution is proposed or offered?
