Re: Synchronization of outlook contacts with BB 9790

Hello amiralisharif and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

Sorry to hear you are having synchronization issues with your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9790 smartphone Address Book and Microsoft® Outlook®.

What version of Outlook and BlackBerry® Desktop Software are you using?

When you configure the sync settings with Outlook, do you have more than one profile listed?

Do you get an error when you do the Address Book sync? If so, can you provide that error?

Thanks!

Re: Synchronization of outlook contacts with BB 9790

HELP PLEASE! I have a similar problem. Contacts was not even an available option to be synced. After updating all software, I have now the option to sync Outlook 2010 contacts. BUT, the following error comes up: "coltransbase move first summary record unable to move to first or next row". I have three entires for: "First level". in the folders options and two options to use eMail addresses that do NOT have the contacts. Apparently, BB Desktop can't access my Outlook Contacts. Any help would by appreciated. Thank you.
