Synchronization with lotus notes calendar aborted

I'm consistently receive the following message when I'm trying to synchronize my Torch 9810 with my Lotus Notes calendar.

 

An error has occurred during an attempt to access a device database record

 

What can I do? (of course until few days ago everything was fine and I didn't anything that I can remember to trigger this problem...)

There are multiple public KBs that discuss that error. I recommend you search the KB database using the error message, and then inspect the results for relevancy to your situation:
