Synchronization

I have been a BB user for years and this is my first attempt at this.

I have a BB Bold 9930

Recently when attempting to synchronize the device with my PC I get the following Error message.

 

Synchronization Error!

An error has occurred during an attempt to access a device data base record.

 

After I cancel the attempt the device continues to communicate and transfer photos and music but not my contacts or calendar?

 

Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing a sync issue with your device.

 

KB31752 addresses this error you are encountering.
