Synchronize Calendar

I have a new Blackberry curve and have been synchronizing my Outlook 2003 and Blackberry with now problems for the past month.  Now when I try to synchronize them, it wants to delete everything in Outlook and create a second entry on my BB.  It was working fine, adding or deleting any new entires from either the desktop or the BB on a daily basis and I can't figure out why something has changed.  Any idea's?

Re: Synchronize Calendar

I am sorry, I can't find the icon for Intellisync in the BB Destop Manager.  I have 5 Icons (Media Mngr, Synchronize (and nothing in there say Intellisync) Backup and Restore and Switch Devise).  Am I looking in the wrong spot?

Re: Synchronize Calendar

Hi,

Sorry some of the procedures are old. Read the synchronization function when you see intellisync.

When the procedures call for you to fins PC files however, they ARE referring to intellisync.

Confusing I know!

Do you have it now?

Thanks

Re: Synchronize Calendar

I was away and unable to do what you said until tonight.

It seemed to work perfectly.  When I did the final step and synchronized it appeared to add and/or delete any new entries.   I then added an entry into my BB calendar and tried to synchornize again to see if it would just add the one entry into outlook but it wanted to delete over 100 items from my outlook calendar.

I just don't understand what happened since it was working/synchronizing fine for a couple of months.

Is there a configuration in the devise that got messed up?  Right before all this happened, Verizon had to reset my email because I wasn't receiving emails on my BB, but that was only one day and they reset it.  Do you think they changed a setting on my phone?
