Sorry some of the procedures are old. Read the synchronization function when you see intellisync.
When the procedures call for you to fins PC files however, they ARE referring to intellisync.
Confusing I know!
Do you have it now?

Don't feel like a **bleep** you have only been here a day. Wait untill you have been here as long as I have,
THEN you can feel like a **bleep**
Reset the Calendar using BlackBerry Desktop Manager
First, turn off calendar synchronization.
Next, remove all calendar entries from the BlackBerry device.
Lastly, turn on calendar synchronization.
Is that better? Ask any questions you need, ok

I was away and unable to do what you said until tonight.
It seemed to work perfectly. When I did the final step and synchronized it appeared to add and/or delete any new entries. I then added an entry into my BB calendar and tried to synchornize again to see if it would just add the one entry into outlook but it wanted to delete over 100 items from my outlook calendar.
I just don't understand what happened since it was working/synchronizing fine for a couple of months.
Is there a configuration in the devise that got messed up? Right before all this happened, Verizon had to reset my email because I wasn't receiving emails on my BB, but that was only one day and they reset it. Do you think they changed a setting on my phone?
