Dear, I can not sync BB 9780 with Outlook 2013. Tells me that "there is no default mail client or the current mail client can not perform the request courier. Run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the mail client default "and check this post and email as default, but still the same message keeps appearing. Someone could help me solve this problem? Thank you

I have been able to sync all of my Outlook 2013 data (calendar, tasks, contacts, notes) to my Blackberry Curve using Blackberry Desktop. This was done on a new installation of Windows 7. In this case, Outlook was configured without email support. I didn't do anything differently during the set-up process - I followed all of the same steps as I did when I was using Outlook 2003. Perhaps creating a new Windows user account and/or reinstalling Outlook and Blackberry Desktop and then configuring Outlook without email support would resolve any issues that others are having. Or perhaps recent updates to both pieces of software have resolved these issues.

Thank you very much for your answer. A previous answer told me it was not compatible desktop and outlook 2013. so you see a new update to correct that. I'll try. Thanks again.

I was, until a few weeks ago, happily using BB Desktop v7 under Windows 8.1 with Outlook 2013. But now BB Desktop says my Organizer is not supported and a DLL is missing... So something's changed which I haven't actioned; I suspect it's an automatic Office 2013 update that's caused the failure..
