I'm using Bold 9790 installed with OS 7.1 Bundle 1647 (v184.108.40.2063 Platform 220.127.116.11.)
I am trying to sync my contacts, calender and task data one way to Outlook 2007.
The process always stops with error message --> "CRDSDatabase Error" (C:\Users\EkoRatrianto\AppData\Local\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Desktop\XCPCSync.OEM\SyncSDK.209.601\Translators\R
This error did not appeared on the first sync effort after upgrade to Desktop Version 18.104.22.168
How do I resolve this problem ?

I don't find anything exactly matching that error message...maybe you will have better luck searching:
Otherwise, I suggest this thread:
It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.

I have uninstalled +BB DeskTop and also cleaned it from registry as you mentioned before.
I have installed the fresh DeskTop application from url link you sent.
It worked only for few hundreds of records, then it stopped with Synchronization Error window.,
CRTranRec ::GetLinkedRedordld :Invalid linked record Id
What is my next step ?

Well, you could have had a much faster answer by looking up the error via the link I gave you earlier...but, in any event, here is a KB that discusses that error:
Hopefully it contains something useful! There also are multiple existing threads on this site that discuss that exact error...your review of those might prove useful, and a search of this site, using the error message, error code, or symptom, should reveal all applicable existing threads to you.
