Synchronsing Service Desktop

Yesterday my company rebooted their servers and I lost my emails. I was advised to delete the service books and synchronise using desktop manager. however it has failed to get past 51% on every attempt.

 

please help

From what you describe, you are on BES. As such, you must continue to work with your BES admins as they control everything.
