Syncing Outlook 2007 through Desktop 5.0

Hi!

I currently installed Outlook 2007 and tried to sync my organizer data to my blackberry through Desktop 5.0 and it cannot find a profile. I am assuming the mapping is wrong?

I use Outlook for personal use only and has only one profile.

Please help. Smiley Sad

Re: Syncing Outlook 2007 through Desktop 5.0

Hi, here is a quick look of Applications supported by BlackBerry Desktop Manager for synchronization:

http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB12268

Also, You may try removing the DM and intalling the latest version, as seen from the chart, Outlook 2007 should support your device (assuming your DM is between 4.5 to 5.0.1)

Re: Syncing Outlook 2007 through Desktop 5.0

I removed desktop 6.0 and downloaded Desktop 4.6.0.

I am still having the same problem. It cannot locate my Outlook profile to sync.

This all started happening when I installed Outlook 2007.

Any suggestions?
