My Torch 9800 was synching just fine with Outlook 2010 for the past 6 months until today. The device indicated that synching was complete but when I checked I saw that tasks, appointments, and contacts were not coming through in either direction.
Tried rebooting everything with no success. Uninstalled my desktop software and reinstalled the latest version 7.1. Now when I try to synch, I get the following error message: "COL TransBase::Move First Summay Record: Unable to move To first Or Next Row"
Can anyone help?
